Returns
1.1 As a consumer, you can return product(s) purchased on row.bally.com within 14 days from the delivery date. Bally offers return free of charge through our courier service.
Follow the instructions below to activate your return:
1. Go to Returns Portal and find your order using your email address;
2. Select the items to return
3. Select the return method.
4. Create the return label.
5. Print your return label, attach it to the parcel and drop it off to your nearest carrier location.
1.2 Bally provides a carrier service for all returns. Only return shipments using our approved courier will be free of charge and at Bally's cost and liability.
1.3 Should you decide to use a courier other than the Bally approved courier, you will bear all associated costs and liability. Any costs or expenses incurred by you in the return of Products are not refundable. In this case, should your parcel be lost by the carrier you chose, Bally will not be responsible for it nor for releasing any refund.
1.4 You must return the Products within seven (7) business days from the date you receive the return authorization number from Bally.
1.5 You shall return the Products by packaging the relevant it/them securely. You shall return the Product(s) in the same condition in which you received them and they shall be returned in their original packaging; moreover, the Products shall not have been washed or damaged and the relevant identification tag shall still be attached to the Products with the disposable seal. Please note that Bally will review the returned Products via quality control. If the products will be sent back in perfect conditions, new and with all tags and labels attached, Bally will approve the return and reimburse the price originally paid. If the recipient of the Product(s) indicated in the order form is different from the individual who made the payment for such Product(s), the amount paid for returned items shall be refunded to the individual who made the payment.
1.6 On the contrary, if any of the labelling or tags are missing, do not comply with these General terms and Conditions of Sale or Bally has any reason to believe that the Products have been altered or are imitation of the Products or were not purchased directly through this Website, Bally will not accept the return and will return the Products back to you.
1.7 Should Bally accept the return, we shall refund the price of the Product(s). Bally will refund to the card/payment method you originally used to pay for the Products once the return will reach our warehouse. Should you decide to use a courier other than the Bally approved courier, we may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the Product(s) back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the Product(s), whichever is the earliest.
Shipping Information
Thanks for shopping with us, we hope you love your new pieces. All purchases of full-price merchandise and sale merchandise totaling $150 or more are eligible for free shipping. In the event you need to make a return, $8 will be subtracted from your return to cover the cost of shipping. If you have additional questions, our customer service team will be happy to help you. Please note that we are unable to ship to any commercial and freight forwarder addresses.
Once your order is verified and your credit is approved, your shipment will arrive according to the schedule below (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days). To follow this schedule, your order must also be placed before 3 p.m. Eastern time and be shipped to the address listed with your credit card company as your official billing address.

Shipments to P.O. boxes are processed within 1-3 business days. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. Expedited and Express delivery options are not available for these destinations. ClubMonaco.com is proud to offer shipping to APO addresses. The delivery time for APO shipments may vary.
Free shipping offer is valid on any order containing over $150 shipped in the continental US and applies to Economy Ground shipping only. Applies to full price merchandise and sale merchandise. Qualifying orders that are shipped via Economy Ground to multiple addresses will receive free shipping on all shipping destinations. The total order amount after any discounts are applied must be more than $150 to qualify. Both offers exclude Gift Cards, taxes and additional shipping and handling (if applicable) do not count toward qualifying amount. Excluded from these offers are shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Marshal Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Samoa and shipments to P.O. Boxes. Other restrictions apply. Not valid for cash. Previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments. Regular shipping charges apply for Expediated and Express Delivery. Offer subject to change.
Delivery schedules are estimated and vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification, and order processing.
International Shipping
We ship internationally with Global-e. Global-e is a trusted global ecommerce vendor whose solution allows Club Monaco to provide the best possible user experience to our international customers. Once you checkout, you will see local payment methods and calculations for any appropriate shipping, duties, taxes and other customer fees.
One of the many perks of having a registered account with ClubMonaco.com is that you’ll be able to check the status of your orders. Simply go to View Order History under My Account. From there, click on any order number for complete order details, including the tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number will take you directly to the carrier’s website, where you can follow the progress of shipments. If you don't have a ClubMonaco.com account yet, you can easily set one up at My Account. We promise it’ll make your life a whole lot easier.Track My Order. HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Purchases made between Sunday, November 17 and Tuesday, December 24 will be eligible for an exchange or return until Saturday, February 1. Items marked Final Sale are not available for return.
Domestic Return Policy:
We understand that sometimes your order won’t work out for you—and that’s not a problem. For your convenience, merchandise purchased at ClubMonaco.com can be returned to any Club Monaco store in the United States, returns are not accepted in outlet stores, or sent back to us here within 21 days of purchase with an original receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment and a $8 fee will be deducted if you use the shipping label provided by Club Monaco. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
We gladly accept merchandise for return, provided it:
- Is in new condition
- Tags are still attached to the item
- Has not been washed, worn, or altered
- Is accompanied by its original invoice
- Is returned according to the time restrictions in the policies below
Bodysuits, home, masks, underwear, grooming products, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or credit. If returned, these items will not be credited or returned to the customer. Hosiery will only be accepted if it’s returned in the original packaging.
Products Purchased Through Lyst, Shopspring.Com, Or Allume.Co: If your order was purchased online with Lyst, shopspring.com, or Allume.co, you cannot return the item in stores.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be sent back to the customer.

Thank you for shopping with Club Monaco, we hope you love your purchase. If you don’t, we offer returns within 21 days of purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment and a $30 fee will be deducted if you use the shipping label provided by Club Monaco. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Eligibility
Merchandise purchased online from all categories and price points may be returned or exchanged. We are, however, unable to accept merchandise where the sewn-in garment tag has been cut or removed or the price tag has been removed.
Returned merchandise must be in its original state, deemed to be unworn with tags attached, or be defective to be accepted for a refund.
All purchased of Outlet and Clearance merchandise are considered FINAL SALE. No exchanges, no returns.

How to Return an Order by Mail
Can’t get to a Club Monaco store? No problem. Click here to start your online return. Returns must follow the guidelines on our return policy. Only items purchased online can be returned by mail. Your credit card account will be credited once we process the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. We will also send you an email notification after your return has been processed.
Please note, after you’ve printed and shipped using the USPS return label, $8 will be deducted from your order refund. If you pay the return postage yourself, you will not be charged a fee. Original shipping charges are not refundable
Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within two weeks of arriving at our distribution center. We will send you an email notification once your return has been processed. By using our prepaid return label, you can track the status of your return shipment through the Order Details page on ClubMonaco.ca. Please allow up to three days after you mail your return for tracking to be available.
If you need to print an additional return label, please visit our easy returns section and enter the information required.Follow the instructions to complete your return and print your return label.
You can also return your item through any other trackable method at your expense. We suggest insuring your package and purchasing tracking services for your protection, as we cannot accept liability. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited.

Please note our regular return policy applies and you must have your invoice with you at the time of return. Returns cannot be made at department and specialty store locations. You can use the Store Locator on our website.
Changes to Orders
We are unable to make changes to an existing order. If you need to change an item, we recommend cancelling your order or returning upon receipt.Because your order is processed as quickly as possible, there is a limited time in which you’ll be able to cancel. If the option is available, you will find a button next to your order on the order tracking page at the following link:My AccountCustomerAssistanceCA@ClubMonaco.com.
Price Adjustments
We will gladly make price adjustments on items that are purchased at the full retail price within seven days from the date on your invoice. Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount are not eligible for further price adjustments.
Ordering & Payments
When you shop at ClubMonaco.ca and add an item to your bag, that item will be saved in your Shopping Bag. The Shopping Bag holds items you wish to purchase after you are done shopping. Items you place in your Shopping Bag will remain there until you purchase them, remove them, move them to your wish list, or they become out of stock. They will remain there even after you leave our site.
Your wish list allows you to save items that you're thinking about buying. This feature saves your selections even after you leave our site, making it easy to relocate and purchase your favorite items in the future. Please note a ClubMonaco.ca is required to utilize the wish list feature.
To move items from your Shopping Bag to your wish list, sign in with your ClubMonaco.ca login and password (you can get one here). If you leave the site and come back, you can still access your Wish List, but only by signing in with your login and password. Items will remain in your wish list unless you remove them or move them to your Shopping Bag, but placing items in your wish list does not guarantee availability.

We include applicable sales tax for all orders based on the shipping address. We will estimate the sales tax amount until your order has shipped and your shipping confirmation has been sent.
State and local governments require that we charge tax for items shipped to any state where there is a Club Monaco store, warehouse or contact center.
If we make a permanent price reduction on a product featured on ClubMonaco.com, you are welcome to request reimbursement for the price difference within seven days of your invoice date. We can make price adjustments on items purchased at the full retail price only. Promotional sale prices are not considered permanent price changes, so they are not included in this guarantee. If you’d like to receive credit for a price difference, call Customer Assistance at 1-888-733-6410.
We work hard to make sure that the prices on ClubMonaco.com are accurate, but sometimes we make mistakes. If we’ve listed the incorrect price for a product, we have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless if the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged.

- Use a fabric tape measure to find your measurements, and then follow our guidelines to make sure you’re ordering the right size. When you take your measurements, try to wear little or no clothing to get the most accurate reading.
- Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.
- Hips: Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
- Chest: Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, including your shoulder blades, then drop your arms to your sides to measure. Bending your elbow at a 45 degree angle, place the measuring tape at the center back of your neck. Measure across your shoulder to your elbow down to your wrist.

When you register with ClubMonaco.com, you will have the option to create your own address book. This feature allows you to store not only your own billing and shipping information, but also the names and addresses of people you frequently send gifts to. It's easy to add, change or delete information from your address list at any time.The information that you store in your address list is for your use only. Club Monaco will not contact anyone listed unless we have a specific communication about a delivery.Although we allow you to add international addresses to your address book, we do not ship outside of the United States. The international billing feature is designed for our international customers who frequently send gifts to the United States or who maintain United States residences. We do, however, have Club Monaco stores all over the world. Please use Our Stores to find the store nearest you.
When you register at ClubMonaco.com, you’ll be able to securely store a credit card number in your account for easy shopping and checkout. Though we can’t ship outside of the United States when you order from the US site, or outside of Canada when you order from the Canadian site, you can still store any credit card. All credit cards stored on ClubMonaco.com are encrypted for user protection so that no one—including anyone working for our customer assistance and information technology centers—will be able to access your credit card number.Once you make a purchase from our site, the credit card you use at checkout can be stored for you in your User Profile.
